Refund policy
We understand the challenge of purchasing jewelry online, and understand that sometimes, a piece has to be seen in person. Therefore, we are happy to exchange or refund any full price item within 14 days of the day your item is received.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase enclosed with the return. You will be responsible for your return shipping costs and insurance. All refunds are made to the original form of payment and may require a processing time of up to 2 weeks.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@studiocollectionsjewelry.com. When we receive your return request we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom designs, personalized, sized or altered pieces cannot be returned.
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange any full price item that is not customized, personalized, or on sale, within 14 days of receipt. Repairs
Natural wear and tear or an unintended mishap may result in a piece of jewelry becoming damaged or broken. We urge you to reach out to us at info@studiocollectionsjewelry.com for a Repair Authorization. Depending on the type of repair, it may take 2 to 8 weeks to complete, and may result in an additional charge. We will inform you prior to beginning the repair.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
