Andean opal necklace, strung in soft blues that shift like light on still water.
This one-of-a-kind necklace is built from Andean opal in two cuts, smooth rounds and smaller lentil-shaped beads, alternating one after another down the length of the chain, with three larger opal drops falling at the center like drops of seawater caught mid-fall. The opal itself is milky and matte, holding a quiet, watery blue. Soft, endless color, the kind you could look at for a long time and keep noticing something new.
Part of my Sun, Sea & Stone collection, this piece was made with summer on my mind. The color of the ocean from far away, the hush of early morning at the coast. It's strung on an oxidized sterling silver chain with 14k gold fill detail, and fully adjustable from 16" to 18", so it moves with you and sits exactly where you want it.
Every piece I make is handcrafted in my Sonoma studio, using ethically sourced stones and techniques I've spent years refining. This necklace is the only one of its kind, once it's gone, there won't be another exactly like it.
